By downloading, accessing, or using PeptidePal, you agree to these Terms.
PeptidePal content is educational and informational only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for licensed clinical guidance. You are responsible for your own health decisions and should consult qualified professionals.
You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your jurisdiction and at least 13 years old to use the app.
You agree to provide accurate information where you choose to enter data, use the app lawfully, and not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt app services beyond rights allowed by law.
PeptidePal offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription with additional features. New users receive a complimentary 30-day trial of Pro features — no sign-up or payment information is required to start the trial.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings under Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policies.
PeptidePal does not guarantee outcomes, safety, efficacy, or suitability of any substance, protocol, stack, or schedule.
Your use of personal logs and reminders is at your own discretion. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
The app, brand assets, and educational content (except licensed third-party materials) are owned by the PeptidePal operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
The app may depend on platform and infrastructure services (for example, Apple, RevenueCat). Availability may vary and is outside our direct control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeptidePal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the PeptidePal operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including health, treatment, or medication-related outcomes arising from app use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the PeptidePal operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access where required for legal, security, or abuse reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the PeptidePal operator is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
